This to-list doesn't only have your boss, your laundry, or your children in mind. It has you in mind. Your long-term goals, your mental health, and your happiness.

This to-do list has the potential to change your entire life. Because it thinks of your entire life.

What works about to-do lists is that every time we check something off, we get some healthy dopamine.

As achieving tasks is one of the most important healthy dopamine sources.

However, we tend to add just the things we don’t enjoy doing and the biggest stuff and then we don’t get to tick those off as often.

And before we do, we feel like doing something we enjoy is inappropriate. So we burn out a little bit. Or a lot.

To help balance your day out, and add some joy and some healthy dopamine hits, I created this wholesome to-do list template.

On it, you can include your to-dos not to forget about them, but also your want-to-dos.

And to top it all off, add some affirmations to strengthen the values and goals you are living for.

And some things that you know you want to be doing every day, that would make for a great life.

And last, your big goals for your life. So that your brain always has a direction.
